ABOUT US
3H Investments was founded by Christopher and Kelley Hoskins in 2009. Designed as an investment firm, the name 3H signifies Christopher’s three children: Michael, Jon, and Daniel Hoskins. Since inception, 3H has continuously expanded, and now maintains ownership stakes in several industries including self-storage, janitorial distribution, viticulture, commercial real estate, and collector car rallies.
In addition to our business ventures, 3H contributes a significant portion of its profits to the Hunger Relief Organization (HeRO). Founded in 1992, HeRO funds the daily meal programs of eight schools in rural Honduras that feed and educate over 1,000 children every day. Furthermore, 100% of every dollar donated to HeRO directly impacts those in need. HeRO’s mission is to end the cycle of extreme poverty in Honduras by the year 2050.

QUALITY JANITORIAL PRODUCTS
Thanks to an innovative collaboration between the Hunger Relief Organization (HeRO), a certified 501(c)3, and HeRO Imports, the HeRO Tool Program was created in 2007. This programs allows customers to purchase high quality janitorial products at ultra-competitive prices while supporting humanitarian causes. Since its birth, the profits generated by the HeRO Tool Program have been used to finance the construction and operation of eight rural Honduran schools. Since the economic downturn in 2008, 3H Investments realized a significant opportunity in the Paso Robles wine industry. Given the steady increase in the city’s population coupled with a growing wine tourism sector, we several strategic investments.
Winery Row: Located on Dry Creek Road in Paso Robles, California, Winery Row will offer tourists a one-stop opportunity to taste a wide variety of wines in a lush setting. In addition to wine tasting, future plans call for two restaurants, shopping, RV park, 350 seat event center, treehouse lodging, and 100 room boutique hotel.
First & Last Winery: Located in the historic wine-growing region of California’s Central coast, First & Last Winery is dedicated to providing turnkey winemaking solutions for clients of all sizes. Since our establishment in 2006, we have made significant capital investments and recruited top industry professionals to develop a facility that has produced several 90-point-plus-rated wines.
Bespoke Barrel Program: The Bespoke Barrel Program allows you to partner with our award-winning team of winemakers to hand-craft your very own wine. Designed to provide an exceptional level of input and customization, the Bespoke Barrel Program affords customers a team of skilled wine makers, compliance officers, graphic designers, and a whole host of other talented professionals.

After making his first investment in an Orange County, California duplex in 1989, 3H Co-Founder Christopher Hoskins continued to seek out distressed commercial properties, renovate them, and realize a significant profit at sale. As the years progressed, we have cultivated a market strategy that focuses on the long-term ownership of low-maintenance assets. Across the nation, we manage an ownership portfolio of self-storage facilities, big box retail triple net leases, and free standing manufacturing properties, in California, Texas, Colorado, and Philadelphia.

The Hunger Relief Organization (HeRO) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity that feeds and educates children in developing countries. HeRO was founded in 1992, with the goal of ending world hunger. As the years have passed, our goals have become more focused on the children of Honduras. Honduras is one of the poorest countries in the world, and its citizens are among the poorest educated. As evidenced by success stories around the world: Prosperity and Hope Follow Education.
